I can provide that representation!
Hi, my name is Don Langille and I am a Buyer's Agent. I deal almost exclusively with people who want to buy real estate. I will list property for sale for those clients whom I have dealt with before, and on rare occasions will take a listing from someone new, but I primarily help people find a property that's right for them and then work with them through to closing.
Did you know that as a Buyer's Agent, I normally receive payment from the Sellers side of a sale? What this means is that in most cases, my services do not cost you anything.
So how can I help you?
As your Agent, I can be someone who processes paperwork for you since you have already found the property you want and have your own financing. Or, I can help find a home or business which meets with your needs, assist you in negotiating a fair price, secure your financing, guide you through the appraisal/inspection process and help you tie together the 101 things you need to do.
We will work together.
Remember, if you ask me to represent you in a real estate deal, I am there to protect your interests.
Sound like a smart idea? OK, now what do I bring to the table in the way of qualifications and life experience?
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I served with the United States Air Force for 23 years and retired honorably in 2000. I was both an Administrative and Personnel Officer. As much as I hate paperwork, I am good at it. I have worked as a financial advisor and have handled multi-million dollar accounts. I am a Realtor and member of both the National and the Maine Association of Realtors.
I grew up here in York and have always loved southern Maine. When I am not at the office, I am usually in my garage building kayaks, paddling them down the York River or walking my dog Jake on the beach. I work primarily in southern Maine but will take clients farther north on a case-by-case basis.
Call me or e-mail me. The property you want is out there. Make sure that one of your biggest investments is also one of your best decisions.
